Hasnat is working in the underprivileged areas of Karachi Sindh District Mirpurkhas & Tharparkar on Poverty alleviation , Organize Medical camps, Installing hand pumps, Food security, providing ration to poor and needy peoples, provide sewing machines to widows, and wellbeing of orphan children, Emergency response immediate relief and rehabilitation, Daily Dasterkhwan (provision of Meals ) for homeless and poorest of poor families.
